Anti money laundering requirements

All financial services businesses must have procedures in place to guard against money laundering. Money laundering is the process used by criminals to hide the proceeds of their criminal activities, commonly using a false name and address to set up a bank account from which funds are invested.

Identification Requirements for Directors, Authorised Signatories and Beneficial Owners

• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  List of authorised signatories
  Mandate confirming those authorised to open and operate the account
• We will verify the identity of the director signing this agreement. We reserve the right to request additional information of you about the identities of all directors and beneficial owners.

Confirmation

The undersigned confirms that there are no principals behind the Company which are not known to
Income Group.
The undersigned confirms that they have read and understood the provisions of the Agreement (including the Terms and Conditions) and agree to be bound by the terms hereof.
Further, in respect of the operation of the account, the undersigned confirms that (unless notified to the contrary):

1. The undersigned is authorised to give all instructions on behalf of the Company.
2. The undersigned undertakes that the Directors are to notify Income Group immediately in writing of any amendment made to the Company documentation.
3. The undersigned undertakes that the Directors are to notify Income Group in writing of any change of Director immediately following the change becoming effective.
