About Haines Watts

What we did for them
We have a large number of Haines Watts clients that have processed their payroll through IGsend with 100% delivery accuracy.
Flexibility has been a key consideration for their clients when using IGsend and there have been a couple of great examples of these, including a client being advised of a change in employee bank details at 5pm the day before pay day.
This was amended and payment made to the employees new account without delay.
The second example was when one of the Haines Watts clients made a mistake when instructing the transfer to prefund, meaning the funds wouldn’t reach us until later than expected on pay day. This was no major problem, as soon as funds became available, payments were released and all employees were paid as expected.
